**Your new role**
- Full time, Permanent Role
- Start date: 11th September
- Hours are Monday - Friday with flexible start & finish times during standard business hours
- New office to be based in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast (Role is starting as remote then moving to hybrid within 6 months - 2 days in office, 3 days work from home)
- Work from home flexibility
- Comprehensive 6 - 8 week training program
- Provide timely and quality responses to Brokers and Customers
- Reaching and maintaining a high level of credit verification/assessment and compliance standards
- Manage workflow from a national queue promptly
- Meet core role requirements and achieving performance KPls such as throughput/productivity and quality
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Consumer Lending experience (Personal or Home Loans) - whether that be in a Sales/Customer Service/Loan Processing or Credit Assessment/Analysis capacity (or similar)
- Customer Service experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Based in Sunshine Coast
