Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Pet Care Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and inspiring customers to make informed purchasing decisions about pet care products.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations on the best products to meet their needs.
In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
As a Pet Care Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of pet care products, including food, toys, and accessories. You will also have the chance to develop your skills in areas such as sales, customer service, and product knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Passion for animals and providing excellent customer service
* Experience in a similar retail environment
* Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues
* Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs
