The Location
The Ormsby is a 138 Bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast.
About The Opportunity
As an Enrolled Nurse - Medication Endorsed, you will be responsible for the provision of high quality of care to our residents, to facilitate and support their continued enjoyment of life within their level of capability.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Registered Nurse with resident assessments and care plans
* Implementation of care plans for each resident
* Accurately report and record information relevant to the residents' care and condition
* Deliver a holistic concept of care, utilising the 'Person Centred Care' approach
