Job Overview

The Administration Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school office. This position requires a highly organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support to our staff and students.


Main Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate records and data within our IT systems, including student, staff, and school records.
* Process routine paperwork and maintain up-to-date files.
* Support the coordination of meetings and events.
* Liaise with staff to ensure effective communication and coordination.
* Manage client reception and handle general enquiries.
* Undertake administrative tasks as required by the principal.
