Summary: Avanade is seeking a Managed Services S harePoint & Power Platform support engineer; you will be part of our Managed Services Team deliver ing Microsoft technologies and implementations in enterprise environments. You will use your expertise to deliver support to innovative and tailored solutions that focus on the SharePoint integration and leverage Teams, SharePoint and VIVA to meet our clients' needs and maximi s e their return on investment. Key Responsibilities: Supporting large-scale Microsoft / Office 365 deployments, performing support and platform evolution activities. Configure, and operate Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related workloads Implement and maintain identity and access controls using Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, roles, conditional access, and MFA Implement and support information protection, compliance, and security controls across M365 and Azure Maintain technical documentation including configurations, operational procedures, and as ‑ built records Support audits, assurance activities, and compliance reporting as.. Skills and Experience: You are an experienced technologist and are comfortable working with a technical team with a track record of solution delivery. You have good communication and interpersonal skills that will enable you to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute effectively to our Managed Services organisation. You will also possess analytical and problem-solving skills enabling you to be creative and innovative in the support of our clients. You will also seek to continually improve our clients’ environments though evergreen practices and platform evolution. You will be an Australian Citizen (Existing security clearance will be highly regarded). I n addition, your professional skillset likely includes : Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint integration, as well as experience with M365 and Azure Proven ability to work within a structured IT governance framework and deliver results that adhere to relevant Commonwealth standards and policies. Stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, both written and verbal with ability to negotiate outcomes as. Provide technical expertise to projects and business areas. Maintains a high level of professionalism, has sound judgement and decision-making skills. Ability to work autonomously and is highly motivated. Preferred Education Background: You will likely possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems or a related field. Microsoft Certification – Microsoft 365 Certified in one or more areas Preferred Years of Work Experience : Over 3 years relevant technology experience including solution and delivery particularly within a consultancy or systems integrator. .
