Job Title
Experienced Service Advisor - Volkswagen
Overview
Nepean Motor Group have positions available for those with high energy that have empathy and passion for our customers and motor vehicles.
We do not want to paint a perfect picture – it is a tough environment at times but really satisfying at the end of day with a great remuneration and special team gratification.
Key Responsibilities
* Booking clients in for service or repairs
* Interfacing with the technicians to establish the extent of work required and our parts team
* Prepare pricing estimates of service repair orders
* Communicating with customers to explain the work involved, gain their approval to proceed and provide regular updates on the progress of their vehicles
* Dealing with Service Warranty Claims
* Working through paperwork to ensure we are complying with Manufacturer Procedures
* Working closely with the Service Manager and the Workshop Foreman to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner
* Working through customer concerns
* Banking and some basic administration duties
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive dealership (European experience highly regarded)
* Sound English communication skills - written and verbal
* Initiative and a hard working attitude
* The ability to work unsupervised
* Professionalism and high standards of personal presentation
* A friendly and approachable personality
* Ability to be part of a team!
