We’re looking for a 1 Full-Time Guest Service Agent and 1 Part-Time Guest Service Agent who can both support valet parking operations. Your day-to-day will include: Delivering a friendly, seamless check-in and check-out experience Assisting guests with enquiries, requests, hotel amenities, hotel services and local recommendations Supporting valet parking operations, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles Coordinating guest arrivals and departures with care and efficiency Working closely with Housekeeping and other departments to enhance guest experiences Handling guest concerns professionally and promptly What we’re looking for: Previous hotel front office or customer service experience preferred Confident driving ability with a full, unrestricted Australian driver license (required) Previous experience with Valet Parking is highly regarded Previous experience with Opera PMS is highly regarded Professional presentation and strong communication skills A proactive, guest-focused mindset Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays What we offer: A welcoming, supportive team culture IHG employee benefits, including global hotel discounts If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we’d love to hear from you.
