This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated and team focussed Property Legal Assistant to join a highly regarded national law firm where you can use your initiative and be actively involved in all aspects of a respected and busy Practice. Assisting a Partner & their team, you will be required to provide comprehensive support and be responsible for co-ordinating all the "day to day" activities. Your key responsibilities will include, but definitely not be limited to:- prepare legal documents and general correspondence; manage diaries and arrange appointments; prepare and amend transactional documents; assist with organising events and seminars; email and file management; bills and reporting; and general secretarial and administrative tasks (as required). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, a pro-active team approach and a client service focus. A minimum of 4 years previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Property Law is essential. You will all also have a sound knowledge of MS Office, exceptional attention to detail and the proven ability to 'juggle" several tasks at the once.
