Key Responsibilities include:
* Reviewing and drafting retail leases to ensure optimal agreements are reached by both parties
* Providing expert advice to senior leasing executives on legal matters related to store expansion plans
Leasing documentation must be managed efficiently, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
