Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities
* Contribute across all project phases using both waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
* Lead and assist with pre‐sales engagements, meeting tight timelines.
* Architect, design and implement D365 CE, Power Platform and AI solutions, providing hands‐on guidance.
* Liaise effectively between clients, IT staff and business partners to ensure high quality and timely delivery.
* Assess client requirements, scope and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Design conceptual and technical architectures.
* Ensure project quality meets high technical standards.
* Partner with cross‐functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery.
* Support the team in defining technical, functional and operational requirements.
* Oversee timely and effective resolution of client issues.
* Work under general guidance and direction while exercising autonomous decision‐making.
* Travel as needed for presales and project demands.
Qualifications
* Familiarity with core Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Microsoft AI offerings and a broader understanding of Azure, Data, Security and Modern Workplace.
* Consulting experience working with external clients.
* Pre‐sales experience, especially solutioning based on high‐level or ambiguous requirements and a good understanding of pricing strategies.
* Experience with product demonstrations and presentations.
* Client‐management skills and the ability to develop and manage action plans.
* Implementation experience across multiple industries (Health & Public Sector, Resources, Utilities, Retail, Logistics, Communications & Media, Insurance, Professional Services, Finance).
* Experience working with global/offshore teams on CRM technology implementation and maintenance projects (desired).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Technical Characteristics Desired for this Role
* Architecting large, complex solutions using the Microsoft Stack.
* Experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Canvas and Model‐Driven apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse.
* Understanding of common industry‐standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE.
* DevOps with Dynamics 365 CE for requirements management and ALM (CI/CD).
* Experience in a SaaS environment.
* Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
Desirable Certifications and Requirements
* Australian citizenship is required; candidates must be eligible to obtain security clearance. Existing clearance is preferred but not mandatory.
* Role is open to candidates in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne.
* Willingness to travel interstate if required.
Client Solutions Intern – Analytics (Portugal)
Internship – Client Solutions (Data & AI)
We are looking for a motivated AI Intern to support our Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives. During this 6‐month internship you'll work closely with our Client Solution Leader, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to analyze data, build basic machine learning models, and communicate insights through clear presentations and documentation. As part of a team of AI consultants, you'll support the delivery of solutions that protect organizations and enable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in data exploration, cleaning, and preprocessing for analytics and AI projects.
* Prepare for demos.
* Develop and run Python‐based scripts for data analysis and experimentation.
* Support the design and testing of machine learning models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).
* Analyze model outputs and help interpret results for business use cases.
* Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations clearly.
* Document code, assumptions, and analytical approaches in a structured manner.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams including data engineers, consultants, and product teams.
* Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and analytics.
