About the Department – Care in the Right Setting (CaRS) Care in the Right Setting is an Integrated Model consisting of Hospital in the Home (HiTH), Geriatric Emergency Management Rehab-Hospital in the Home (GEMR-HiTH), Geriatric Emergency Department Intervention (GEDI), Residential Aged Care Support Service (RaSS), Interim care, and other Hospital Optimisation / Substitution services, with the expressed aim to provide medical, nursing, and allied health care to patients in an appropriate setting. Patients receive quality care that is tailored to their individual needs. - Dates: 23rd June to 3rd August MANDATORY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS • Wide Clinical Experience - ED, Surgical, Medical, Paeds or previous HiTH experience • Skills - Cannulation, PICC line access, Dressing skills, competency, Surgical wounds - Vac Dressings, Chronic wound skills • Must have a current drivers’ licence • Must have an Aged Care National Police Certificate *Additional mandatory training may be requested by the health service* To Apply By clicking on 'Apply Now' you will register your interest to work.
