Senior Facilities Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Operations Manager to join our FM team based in Northumberland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effective management of all facilities, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery. They must possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a large team, while promoting a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain facilities, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs
