We are seeking a skilled
Security Consultant
with a strong background in
Identity and Access Management (IDAM)
and deep technical expertise in
CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies, and automation
. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with proven experience in
ForgeRock, OpenShift, Jenkins, and AWS
and is passionate about security, efficiency, and innovation.
Job description:
Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and OpenShift.
Develop and manage integrations between Identity and Access Management systems using ForgeRock Access Management and Identity Gateway.
Lead efforts in automation using Python, Java, and shell scripting.
Manage and enhance IDAM workflows, policies, and user lifecycle events.
Administer and monitor cloud infrastructure primarily in AWS; AWS certification is highly desirable.
Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for complex system issues using tools like Splunk, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security best practices across DevOps and agile development.
Engage in continuous improvement of security and compliance within DevSecOps practices.
Participate in Problem Management processes as per ITIL guidelines.
Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in IDAM with hands-on expertise in ForgeRock Access Management, ForgeRock Identity Management and Identity Gateway.
Good hands on with SAML,OIDC,OAuth2 protocols.
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Jenkins and OpenShift.
Proficient in AWS cloud environment; AWS certification preferred.
Development and scripting skills in Java, Python, and shell scripting for automation tasks.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex enterprise environments.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
Working knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Problem Management.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
AWS Certified (e.g., Solutions Architect, Security Specialty)
Prior experience with ForgeRock Identity Management (IDM) and ForgeRock Access Management (AM) is must.
Exposure to other cloud platforms or hybrid cloud security models
Experience with container security and policy enforcement in OpenShift.
