**What You’ll Do**:
- Develop, manage, and optimise successful ad campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Create compelling, conversion-driven copy (with the help of AI) that resonates with global audiences.
- Implement and refine PR strategies to increase brand awareness for Knowz and Fluer.
- Organize and manage affiliate and referral programs to drive growth.
- Collaborate with leadership, including our Chief Growth Officer, to shape strategic initiatives.
- Manage budgets, analyse campaign performance, and deliver reports with actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, ensuring we remain industry leaders.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven experience in managing successful ad campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google (though exceptional newcomers with demonstrable skills are welcome).
- Strong copywriting skills with a flair for creating engaging, persuasive content.
- PR experience, including crafting press releases, managing media relationships, and securing coverage.
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance marketing output.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report campaign performance.
- Creative and technically savvy—excited by the future of AI-driven productivity and innovation.
- Local to the Gold Coast or willing to relocate for a hands-on role.
