Our NSW State Government client is currently seeking a Project Support Officer for an initial contract until the end of June, with the possibility of extension in Gosford.
In this role, you will undertake a range of project coordination, analysis, reporting, implementation, and administrative activities to support our client with the development and delivery of projects.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
o Assist the team to monitor and report on the delivery of projects to ensure outcomes are met on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
o Undertake a range of project/program support activities and contribute to process improvements to support the day-to-day operations
o Provide a range of administrative and support services including records management, briefings, correspondence, meeting, and event coordination, to support project teams and project management delivery
o Respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information
o Update and maintain records and databases to support a range of projects, policies, and other program initiatives to ensure the delivery of projects complies with agreed project management methodology
o Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to collect and compile information to support information flow, inform decision making, and support project outcomes
About you:
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
o Office Support/Administration experience (including calendar/diary management, scheduling, and coordinating experience)
o TRIM experience would be beneficial
o Strong Customer Service experience and communication skills, both verbal and written
o Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
o Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail
