Job Description
* Gather and analyse business requirements to align technology solutions with organisational goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
* Document detailed functional specifications and workflows for system enhancements.
* Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
* Support project teams during implementation phases and troubleshoot technical challenges.
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture business insights.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and technology best practices.
* Produce regular status reports and updates for internal stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Tech Business Analyst Should Have
* Proven experience in business analysis and technical solution design.
* Must have experience working on either Energy markets or Fintech application.
* Proficiency in documenting workflows, gap analysis, and functional specifications.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work within a collaborative team environment.
* Exposure to project management methodologies and tools.
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
* Nice to have knowledge of the energy and natural resources industry.
