Perigon Group is seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to support their team on a short-term project basis.


The Role:

* Convert content into branded Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates
* Combine similar content from multiple files into one master document
* Creation of basic graphics and diagrams in Microsoft PowerPoint
* Formatting of content aligned to style guidelines
* Sourcing of appropriate imagery from corporate database
* Proof reading for grammar and errors and create a unified voice
* Data cleansing and updates in central system


About You:

* 1-2 years experience as an Admin Assistant
* Knowledge of the automotive industry and small business is desirable
* Great attention to detail
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Hard working, confident and a team player
