About the Role:
We are seeking an IT Support Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our HR and Payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide level 2 incident support and analysis
* Perform system updates and changes
* Triage and resolution of technical issues
* Assist in data integrity management
* Provide user support through documentation and guidance
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll process and data structures
* Experience with ticketing systems
* Proficiency in user administration and access control
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
