As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers to deliver high-quality education. You will assist in creating an engaging learning environment, work with small groups of students, and provide one-on-one support to those who need it most. Your work will be instrumental in helping students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Providing one-on-one support to students with varying needs
- Assisting with classroom management and organization
- Preparing and maintaining teaching materials and resources
- Encouraging student participation and fostering a positive learning environment
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student development
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred but not essential
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- A proactive and positive approach to challenges
