We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to assume the role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager in our Rehabilitation Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical leadership to the ward, ensuring efficient and effective management of all patients.
* Coordinate the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based, complementing the strategic direction and operational processes.
* Manage human, financial, and material resources effectively, with assistance from the Nurse Unit Manager.
The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre offers an extensive range of inpatient and outpatient services, including orthopaedics, stroke, cardiac, restorative, respiratory, and pain management.

You will be accountable for the effective daily management of the unit, ensuring seamless coordination of care and optimising patient outcomes. Your expertise and leadership skills will contribute to the provision of high-quality patient care and service excellence.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Experience in Acute/Rehabilitation settings
* Grade 2 or above
* Sound clinical knowledge and compliance with ACQSHC National standards
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as positive role modelling behaviours
* Ability to manage a dynamic and changing environment, with high computer literacy and time management skills
