* Leading compliance efforts around employment awards, wage standards, and Fair Work regulations – building a workplace rooted in fairness.

* Collaborating with payroll and finance teams to ensure precision and transparency in employment practices.

* Managing inquiries with professionalism and finesse, offering timely support and resolving issues with a customer-first approach.

* Staying ahead of industry trends and legislative updates to implement best practices in wage compliance and workforce management.

* Crafting reports and insights to enhance compliance, planning, and People & Culture initiatives.

Requirements:

* A qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
\
* Proven expertise in HR generalist roles and project management excellence.
\
* A knack for tackling complex projects with clear outcomes and meeting deadlines like a pro.
\
* A solid understanding surrounding pay conditions and queries.
\
* A commitment to privacy and confidentiality that inspires trust.
\
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with clarity and confidence.

Benefits:
