The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer to join a growing Securitisation & Structured Finance team in Sydney.
Working closely with highly regarded senior practitioners, you will advise on a broad range of securitisation transactions, structured finance matters and alternative funding arrangements for a strong client base including credit funds, asset managers, non-bank lenders and financiers.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing practice with strong mentoring, hands‐on responsibility and genuine long‐term career progression.
The Role
You will:
* Work on complex securitisation and structured finance transactions across a range of asset classes;
* Advise issuers, originators, financiers and intermediaries on structured funding arrangements;
* Draft and negotiate transaction documents and financing arrangements;
* Work closely with senior lawyers in a collaborative and supportive team environment; and
* Participate in business development and client relationship initiatives.
About You
You will ideally have:
* Post‐admission experience in banking & finance, securitisation or structured finance;
* A strong interest in securitisation and alternative funding structures;
* Excellent drafting and analytical skills;
* Commercially minded and proactive approach;
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills; and
* A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
