Location

Heritage Lodge, a 103 bed residential aged care facility located in Murwillumbah in the Tweed Shire, 13 km south of the Queensland border. Surrounded by homely comforts and beautiful gardens, we enjoy a close-knit community that feels more like a family.

Role

Permanent part‐time administrator (Thursday and Friday, 08:30‐16:30). Provide quality support and assistance to the Residential Aged Care team at our Darlington home, make a difference in the lives of our residents, and manage financial and client systems.

* Maintain financial and client systems.
* Provide high levels of customer service and problem‐solve as needed.
* Show initiative by actively seeking continuous improvements to the administration and office support.
* Coordinate admission process for residents.
* Assist with recruitment and orientation administrative processes, including creating and maintaining employee data within the relevant HR and payroll systems.

Qualifications

* Experience in administration, preferably in aged care or healthcare.
* Previous rostering/scheduling experience is highly desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
* Moderate computer skills required.
* Flexibility to work additional days highly regarded.
* Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate, etc).
* Complete a police check or willingness to obtain one.
