About you
The successful applicant will have:
* Minimum 12 months up to 3 years PAE with proven experience working on/passion for commercial property & development matters within a recognised Property teamin private practice;
* Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to spot key issues quickly;
* Strong drafting, organisation, and time-management skills;
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;
* Current knowledge of legal and market developments;
* Strong drafting and effective negotiation skills
* A proactive, professional mindset with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively
