We have a very rare opportunity to join our Finance team based in Brisbane in a full-time permanent role where you'll become an integral member of our close-knit, fun, and friendly team. You'll be able to combine your payroll, bookkeeping, and administration skills to provide support to the Finance and Executive Leadership Team. Responsibilities Management of all payroll duties including:Payroll processingPayroll reconciliationPayroll Reporting including end of month, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, and PAYG-W reportingManaging payroll employee files in the company payroll software and being the first port of call for payroll-related training or inquiries from team membersInputting and reconciling internal rosters for payroll purposesAssist with accounts payable including the processing of supplier invoices and reconciliation to statements ensuring accounts are accurate and up to dateAssist with accounts receivable including receipting debtor payments when required and follow up of aged debtorsReconcile bank accounts when requiredOn occasion, you may be required to assist the CEO and CFO to ensure the smooth coordination and administration of board and executive meetings and assist with general office management and administrative tasks for the efficient running of our business. Qualifications We are keen to hear from you if you possess the following:Qualifications in payroll and bookkeepingDemonstrated experience in payroll and a bookkeeping role or similar; qualifications in these areas beneficial but not prerequisite.Experience working with payroll management software and/or integrated accounting software.
