Probe CX is seeking a Customer Support Consultant – Guarding Services based in Essendon Fields, Victoria, Australia .


Responsibilities

* Provide customer service, administrative tasks, and email communications for the Guarding Services team.
* Answer a variety of enquiries from client team members and accounts across Australia.
* Work within the client's 24/7/365 contact centre, including public holidays, weekends, days and nights.
* Attend a week of paid full‑time training.
* Commute safely and reliably to Essendon Fields for all shifts.
* Work up to 12‑hour shifts when required.
* Supply two recent work references and successfully complete a Fit 2 Work National Criminal History Check.
* Hold current citizenship, residency or full‑time work rights (availability to work 38 hours per week).

* Exceptional customer service skills – the ability to address needs effectively.
* Proficient PC literacy – experience with various computer platforms and software.
* Adaptability in a busy contact‑center environment – maintain composure under pressure.
* Strong multitasking – juggle multiple tasks while actively listening to customers.
* Clear verbal and written communication – convey information clearly and effectively.
* Eagerness to learn – willingness to acquire new skills and stay updated.
* Ability to meet KPIs and competencies – demonstrate consistent performance and dedication to excellence.
