Job Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to provide high-quality evidence-based clinical care to adults aged 18 years and over who experience mental health concerns and their families and carers.
About the Role
The successful candidate will conduct intake and assessments, including risk assessments, care treatment planning, and coordination with internal & external services. They will also provide brief psychological intervention and demonstrate flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* This role requires AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist OR AASW registration/eligibility as a Social Worker (suitable for graduate Social Worker wanting to build skills in the mental health field).
* The ideal candidate will have knowledge & understanding of the theory underpinning evidence-based interventions & clinical practice, as well as demonstrated excellence in the practical application of such, in the areas of mental health and alcohol and drug use.
