About The Opportunity
This is more than just a role—it's a chance to step up into a Client Manager position or expand and grow your existing management and leadership skills. You'll play a key part in shaping client relationships and driving business success.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering Business Advisory services, including cash flows, budgeting, and tax planning
* Managing a diverse client base and building strong, trusted relationships
* Preparing & reviewing Income Tax Returns and BAS
* Preparing & reviewing Year-end and Management Financial Statements
* Reviewing Self-Managed Superannuation Funds
* Mentoring and assisting junior staff to develop their skills
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* At least 2 years' experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm
* CPA/CA qualification completed or currently in progress
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
