We're on the lookout for a friendly, organised, and motivated local to join our reservations and guest experience team. In this hands-on role, you'll be the voice of Niche Holidays Noosa — managing bookings from first enquiry to check-out, ensuring guests feel supported, welcomed, and ready to enjoy everything Noosa has to offer.
The Role
We're looking for a Reservations & Guest Experience Creator to join our friendly team. In this role, you'll be the warm, knowledgeable voice behind our guest communications including email, phone, and in-person guest interaction.
From first enquiry to post-stay follow-up, you'll ensure every guest feels valued, supported, and ready to relax into the Noosa lifestyle.
At times, you may also step into the Concierge role, personally greeting guests at their accommodation, offering local recommendations, and arranging bookings for restaurants, tours, and local services. It's all part of delivering the elevated, personal experience our guests expect.
This role can be part-time or full-time, and includes one weekend day per week.
What You'll Be Doing
* Respond to guest enquiries via phone and email with warmth and professionalism
* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings (and repeat guests)
* Coordinate smooth arrivals and departures with care and attention to detail
* Personally welcome guests at select properties, when required
* Arrange guest services and local bookings — from restaurants to experiences
* Manage reservation systems and guest records with accuracy
* Work closely with our friendly team and trusted property managers
* Solve issues calmly and efficiently, always keeping the guest experience top of mind
* Bring your local knowledge to enhance every guest interaction
What We're Looking For
* A local resident with full Australian working rights (No holiday visa holders, please)
* Previous experience in reservations, tourism, hospitality, or customer service
* Confident communicator — both over the phone and by email
* Comfortable using booking platforms (Resly, Airbnb,, etc.)
* Highly organised and great at managing multiple tasks
* Positive, proactive, and team-focused
* Good understanding of Noosa and surrounding attractions
* Able to work across a 7-day roster including one weekend day per week
