Your responsibilities include delivering personalised support and guidance, fostering the development of independent life skills, assisting with emotional regulation, and providing opportunities for re-engagement in education and community activities.We are looking for team members with expertise in supporting individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviours such as aggression, self-harm, drug use, and absconding.
