Overview
Tip Top Capalaba are currently seeking Full-Time Production Operators to join our Bakery team, that produce high-quality bread loaves for garlic bread production lines. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for staging, wrapping and quality checking of product to ensure efficient production processes, with fast-paced conveyor work requiring quick hands and good hand eye coordination.
This is an active role coordinating the bread staging process to assist our transport team with the transfer of product to our processing site. General duties involve manual handling (lifting, pushing, pulling) and repetitive tasks, so it is important applicants are comfortable with physical work.

Roster
Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:00pm)
Responsibilities
- Bread production processes with a focus on waste reduction
- Correct labelling of product
- Metal detector checks
- Operation of a crate stacker
- Use of a dolly / pallet wrapper
About You
- A safety mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues
- Experience working within a team environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Manufacturing and warehousing experience desirable
- Own car and license
- Food processing background highly regarded
