Senior Sourcing Specialist
Opportunity Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Sourcing and Contracts Specialist due to team growth and internal advancements. This role involves leading sourcing initiatives and overseeing contract administration within a complex, high-volume operational environment. The specialist will provide commercial analysis to achieve optimal value, prepare contract documents, and draft modifications in collaboration with legal counsel and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver commercial and contractual services to COS, partnering with Procurement for large contracts and directly managing smaller sourcing needs.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of a contract sourcing and administration frameworks.
* Support sourcing documentation, including defining requirements, and assist with sourcing processes.
* Prepare contract amendments and coordinate scope and pricing adjustments.
* Assist in generating management reports and contribute to operational reports and resource planning.
* Offer guidance on enterprise Procure-to-Pay systems (ARIBA).
* Oversee contract documentation and coordinate with legal and contract managers.
* Support and contribute to the controls framework and assurance processes for managed contracts.
What You Will Need to Apply
* Proven experience in contract sourcing, administration, procurement, and managing complex, high-value contracts.
* Exceptional integrity, commercial acumen, and a strong focus on delivering value for money.
* Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial analysis and Word for contract preparation.
