In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales manager in driving business growth and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clientele.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the sales manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
* Provide knowledgeable and personalized guidance to customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to finalizing the purchase
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range, features, and benefits to effectively match customers with the perfect caravan solution
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
* Assist with inventory management, stock control, and coordinating delivery logistics
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
* Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record in sales, preferably within the caravan or recreational vehicle industry
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with customers
* Passionate about the caravanning lifestyle and committed to providing exceptional customer service
* Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
* Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
