Key Details:Commencement dates: 9th of June 2025Operational Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 8:00PM (Rotational roster). Daylight savings will affect these hoursTraining: Up to 3 weeks of comprehensive paid training, get RG146 trainedPay rate: $27.17 + 11.5% super, penalty rates & up to $120 monthly incentivesLocation: Full-time onsite at our Robina delivery centre next to Robina Town Centre, Hybrid and Work from Home opportunities exist.Work from Home: 6-month term, with potential to extend. Minimum internet speed required to work from home, 30mb download & 15mb upload$400 incentive upon successfully completing three months of employment after finishing trainingKey Responsibilities:First point of contact for customer service and account managementAbility to understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experienceSupport customers through multiple channels. Commencing on our voice line and potentially being upskilled into digital team, moving towards other channels such as web messaging, smart phone apps, social media enquiries and emailsWork across systems and knowledge base to successfully address customer enquiriesMaintain strict confidentiality while dealing with personal and sensitive informationWho are you?You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers.
