As an authorised credit representative with robust community ties, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to service our growing client base.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team in Adelaide.
This is a full-time, in office role (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm).
You will be responsible for managing an established loan book while also growing new client relationships.
You will work directly with clients to understand their financial needs, provide strategic loan advice, prepare applications, and liaise with lenders to achieve settlements.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on suitable home loan and refinance options.Prepare, submit, and manage loan applications through our CRM system.Maintain strong lender relationships and keep up to date with product changes.Provide exceptional customer service, particularly to migrants and temporary residents with unique lending needs.Assist in building Relym's community presence through networking and client engagement.Contribute to marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and online content.Skills & Experience RequiredCertificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (mandatory).
Current membership with the FBAA or MFAAStrong knowledge of residential lending and complianceProven experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar lending/finance role.Demonstrated experience in providing tailored lending solutions to migrants and temporary residents.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven skills in digital marketing and online/social media campaigns (advantageous).
Fluency in English and Mongolian (spoken and written) is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in other languages (Mandarin, Spanish, Punjabi, Japanese) will be highly regarded.Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.Robust attention to detail and commitment to compliance obligations.What We OfferSalary of $75,000 – $85,000 + super (~experience).
