Responsibilities
Colour mix and match vehicles after preparation and prior to painting.
Build and maintain colour library.
Prep, prime and paint vehicles as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier’s process.
Buff and denib vehicles.
Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.
Notate any additional paint work not quoted for.
Report old damage or poor previous repairs to production manager.
Clean work bays and workshop areas.
Coach apprentices when required.
About You / Qualifications
Trade qualified Spray Painter.
Minimum 3 years experience as a trade-qualified Spray Painter.
Strong commitment to safe working practices.
Excellent communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team and meet strict deadlines.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Own tools to fulfil the role.
