Key Responsibilities:
1. Showroom Operations: Assist with daily setup, merchandising, and maintaining a clean environment.
2. Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, top up sold items, and ensure smooth inventory control.
3. Customer Service: Provide a positive experience for walk-in clients, appointment clients, and bespoke consultations.
4. Administrative Tasks: Answer phone calls, receive parcels, and manage the calendar.
Requirements:
* Excellent Communication: Strong customer service skills, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, maintain organization, and prioritize tasks.
* Detailed Orientation: Attention to detail, commitment to presentation standards.
* Teamwork: Willingness to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Retail Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
