Our team is seeking a dynamic leader to join our ranks as an Aged Care Quality Manager. This exciting opportunity will challenge and reward you in equal measure, allowing you to shape the future of aged care education and quality.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, mentoring clinical teams, and fostering a high-performance culture that supports quality aged care delivery.
You will provide leadership, coaching, and support in clinical best practice and compliance, guiding team members on aged care quality standards and scope of practice.
Maintaining and actioning the Care Home's Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI) and managing and submitting data for the National Quality Indicator Program (NQIP) are key responsibilities, as well as overseeing monthly care audits and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

This position plays a key leadership role in enhancing the delivery of quality aged care services. You will be working at the heart of a residential care home, where your leadership and commitment to excellence will directly impact residents, families, and staff.

To excel in this role, you will need to have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, along with a proven ability to identify and address non-compliance in staff practices. Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes is also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
* Experience in quality improvement, staff development, and training delivery
* Cert IV in Training & Assessment and/or postgrad qualification in Aged Care (desirable)
