OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Territory Manager to join a growing sales team based in Adelaide.

This role will suit a commercially minded sales professional with experience selling into the residential construction, building materials, architectural products, window furnishings, external shading, garage doors, façade products, fencing, glazing, roofing, aluminium systems, doors, windows or broader building products sectors.

You will be responsible for managing an established customer base while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities across builders, developers, installers, architects, project builders and trade channels.

This is a highly autonomous role where strong relationship‐building skills, technical confidence and a proactive sales approach will be highly valued.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage and grow an established portfolio of builders, contractors, installers and trade customers across South Australia
* Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow market share and increase territory revenue
* Develop strong relationships with residential and commercial builders, developers and construction stakeholders
* Promote a broad portfolio of building and access‐related products across new build and renovation markets
* Prepare quotations, proposals and product recommendations aligned to customer requirements
* Conduct regular customer meetings, site visits and project follow‐ups to maintain strong engagement
* Monitor project pipelines and identify opportunities for specification, upgrades and repeat business
* Work closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution
* Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline management and sales forecasting
* Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to strengthen retention and long‐term partnerships
* Achieve and exceed territory sales budgets, KPIs and market growth targets
* Represent the business professionally across industry events, networking opportunities and customer engagements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

* Proven experience in external sales, territory management or account management within the building products, construction or trade sectors
* Existing relationships with builders, contractors, developers, installers or construction‐related customers in South Australia highly regarded
* Strong business development capability with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
* Technical confidence and the ability to understand construction‐related products and customer requirements
* Experience managing quotations, project pipelines and customer accounts
* Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage a territory effectively
* High level of professionalism, organisation and time management

ON OFFER

* Up to $95,000 Base Salary (experience dependent)
* Performance Bonus Structure
