SACA is looking for experienced Casual Membership Customer Services Officers to join our Membership team. The Casual Membership Customer Services Officer will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to SACA and Adelaide Strikers Members, ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally and in a way that upholds the high standards of our premium membership offerings.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver world class customer service to SACA and Adelaide Strikers Members.
Respond to all member enquiries in a manner that positively represents our premium membership offerings.
Process SACA and Adelaide Strikers Membership renewals and event registrations, maintain and update records in the Membership database to ensure accuracy and completeness of information, process payments, and undertake any other administrative tasks in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy and service.
Answer all inbound phone calls within a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service
Assist the Membership team with the execution of both the SACA and Adelaide Strikers membership product/s with a high standard of presentation.
Assist with the coordination of member experiences and events, as required.
Provide customer service on match days, assisting members with enquiries, merchandise sales, ticketing and access to ensure a positive experience.
Assist with match day bump-in and bump-out, including signage, equipment and customer service areas to ensure smooth event operations.
You will hold a valid Working with Children Check or have the ability to obtain one.
Would also be great if you have
Availability for all major events during the cricket season
Knowledge of or passion for elite sporting organisations
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication
An ability to problem solve using effective oral communication
An ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with a wide range of people, including the capacity to navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
Good organisational and time management skills
A dedicated and flexible approach
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under direction and with limited supervision
Working with a wide range of people of varying ages
A positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding customer service
Have a valid Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one

The SACA is responsible for coordinating international and domestic cricket matches, Premier cricket matches and community carnivals, coaching and development and pathway programs for girls and boys, coaching, umpiring, volunteer development and ground management. It also administers high performance cricket in South Australia, including the SA Men's and Women's Teams and Adelaide Strikers women's and men's teams.
