This is a permanent full-time position based at our Proserpine Mill which follows a year-round day work roster and may require some weekend work and overtime.

Your Role in Action
As our Work Execution Officer (WEO), you will play a key role in supporting the frontline team to deliver high quality, efficient work outcomes. You will be involved in a variety of essential tasks:
* Parts and materials management - facilitating processes and using relevant systems
* Data gathering and feedback to help improve the execution team\'s performance
* Communication and organisation - keeping teams informed, organised, and on track
* A commitment to safety goals and proactive problem-solving
* Operating mobile plant for stock material management (when required)
Your Winning Combination
We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive individual with a passion for safety and efficiency. Ideally you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent computer skills with experience in SAP and Kronos or similar. A forklift license will be an advantage.
