We're a group of integrated marketers - think campaigns that build across multiple channels and mediums. We work with clients on a long-term basis, often riding alongside them as a strategic marketing partner handling all aspects of their marketing and PR activity.
The Role
This role is a 1-year maternity leave cover as one of our team members is off to have a baby. We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who can juggle strategy, budgets, clients and creative briefing with style. You will lead accounts across hospitality, tourism, precinct and lifestyle, guiding the work from first brainstorm to final wrap report. You will be the calm in the storm, the bridge between clients and creatives, and the person who makes clever ideas happen.
What You'll Do
Client and Account Leadership
* Be the first port of call to key accounts in KINN's portfolio.
* Plan, allocate and manage marketing budgets across the year or project lifespan.
* Lead weekly WIPs, keep internal teams aligned, and track progress, billing and hours.
* Oversee workflow across creative, digital, PR and production.
* Develop and grow client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and soundboard.
* Spot growth opportunities for the clients you look after.
Precinct and Community Marketing
* Develop an annual calendar of events, activations and campaigns that increase visitation to precincts.
* Coordinate partnerships, PR pushes and cross-collaboration campaigns with local operators and councils.
* Track results and report on engagement, ROI and sales.
Creative, Brand & Marketing Strategy
* Work alongside our marketing director to shape go-to-market plans and integrated campaigns that deliver.
* Write clear creative briefs and collaborate with the team to bring big ideas to life.
* Pitch campaign concepts out to clients.
* Ensure every asset, from reels to signage, looks and feels on brand.
* Jump in on concepting or copy when needed, and act as a final set of eyes before work goes out into the world.
Business Growth
* Help pitch new work and craft decks that sell the vision.
* Quote, scope and plan proposals with confidence.
* Champion KINN's name in the wild at meetings, events and whenever new opportunities arise.

Who You Are
* You have 5 or more years' in a senior account or marketing role within a marketing agency.
* You have a sound understanding of digital, social, event and print marketing practices.
* You are very comfortable developing and writing strategic marketing plans and you have experience working on digital campaigns directly - creating assets, managing campaigns and reporting on outcomes.
* You have experience with media buying and you know your way around Perth's media landscape.
* You have a working understanding of Meta and TikTok business managers for campaign implementation. This isn't a major component of the role, but is a nice-to-have.
* You're plugged into the zeitgeist, and always one step ahead of the curve. You have good instincts when it comes to what will and won't work.
* You have mastered the balance of client strategy and creative flow.
* You are commercially sharp, thinking and acting with the bottom line in-mind.
* Clients love working with you.
* You're skilled in agency best practices, campaign planning, budget management and stakeholder coordination.
* You're very confident across Google Workspace,, Notion, all social media management tools, canva/figma and you're a gun with excel.
