Executive Assistant to Director | Industrial Property | Gippsland
VicAcres is a growing commercial and industrial real estate agency specialising in development land across Gippsland.
We work closely with developers, investors and industry groups across a range of active listings and transactions — and we're looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to work directly alongside the Director.
This is not a typical admin role. You'll be involved across day-to-day operations, marketing and active projects, with exposure to real deals and the opportunity to grow with the business over time.
The Role
* Executive support to the Director across listings and transactions
* Managing campaigns, listings and marketing coordination
* Assisting with social media, content and database activity
* Attending inspections, meetings and helping capture on-site content
* General administration, client communication and follow-ups
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator (phone, email and in person)
* Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Interest in property, business or marketing
* Able to work both independently and closely with the Director
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months experience in administration or EA role
* Full Australian working rights
* Driver's licence and ability to attend site visits
The Opportunity
* Part-time role (15–20 hours per week)
* Typically Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
* Mix of on-road and remote work (based around Gippsland and Melbourne's southeast)
* Work directly with the Director and gain exposure to commercial property and development projects
* Opportunity to grow as the business expands
