Equipment Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing technical support to customers, training clients on equipment usage, and conducting repairs and maintenance.
* Providing technical assistance to internal and external customers
* Collaborating with sales teams, factory engineering, and supply chain departments
* Developing training materials and delivering client training sessions
* Conducting pre-hire and de-hire inspections of equipment
* Performing root cause analysis and advising on warranty claims
This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
