Built on a strong reputation over the past 50 years for quality and reliability, they pride themselves on creating custom-designed structures.This role is for an operational, hands-on HR Generalist delivering end-to-end Human Resources best practices.This role operates with a high level of autonomy and is accountable for the day-to-day delivery of core HR services including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.The HR Business Partner acts as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, ensuring timely and effective resolution of workplace matters while fostering a positive workplace culture. The role plays a key part in supporting operational teams to build workforce capability, manage compliance, and apply HR policies consistently.The ideal candidate will have experience in an HR Advisory, Business Partner, or similar role, preferably within a heavy industry, possessing practical knowledge of HR/IR operations, legislation, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, and Awards.Key skills and knowledge required include deep expertise in employee relations, including mediation, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture. A robust understanding of legal compliance, labour laws, regulations, HR policies, and employment management tools is essential.You will build authentic relationships among employees through effective communication, active listening, and empathy.
