Job Description
Analyse and document business requirements for HRIS-related projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements within HR systems.Support system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and refine requirements.Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders.Ensure compliance with public sector policies and standards.Assist in change management and user training initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Business Analyst HRIS Should Have
A strong background in HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) and technology.Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficiency in system testing and troubleshooting methodologies.A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in team environments.An understanding of change management practices and their to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
