This isn’t just a desk job; it’s a chance to be the right-hand support to the Director of a local success story that is essential to Australia’s environmental health. What a typical day looks like: Invoicing and financial tasks using Xero, including the accurate processing of weighbridge dockets. Act as the primary PA to the Director, managing schedules and providing high-level administrative assistance. Be the key point of contact for councils, clients, and suppliers. Coordinate the ordering of essential environmental products and supplies. As you master the role, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and scale your career with the business.
