Strong Software Development experience/coding experience a MUST in this role. 10% coding is required. 90% Solution Design.

We're partnering with a leading government organisation to hire a Technical Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital applications. This is a high-impact role shaping large-scale transformation programs.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead full lifecycle technical delivery across digital programs
* Manage resourcing, risks, schedules & releases
* Oversee data migration & enterprise system changes
* Collaborate with PMs, tech leads & vendors
Qualifications:
* Minimum 10 years' experience in .NET development
* 2 years' experience in similar roles
* Experience in developing solution (solution design) for complex enterprise IT landscape in both on-premise and hybrid cloud infrastructure, Solution Design
* Competency in technical project management
* Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership to a multi-functional team
* Experience in progress reporting, change governance and risk management
* Experience in managing IT partner/vendors
* Experience in managing development and production environmentsExperience in developing and managing CI/CD pipeline
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
