ABOUT THE ROLE: Star Scaffolds is seeking a skilled Scaffolder to become our Training Advisor to join our Brisbane North Branch based in Kallangur. Reporting to the Training Manager, this role is crucial in coordinating and supporting the development and delivery of effective learning and development activities in our Brisbane North branch to enable a high performing workplace. THE ROLE INCLUDES: Conduct pre-and post-learning evaluations and provide feedback to management To train and mentor employees Completing all training documentation required with employee Implement training evaluation methods to measure effectiveness Carry a proactive approach to hazard identification and risk mitigation Utilize training programs to educate on health and safety accountability Training Advisor is a vital role in our organization.
