Healthcare Solutions Architect Opportunity
This is an exciting chance to play a key role in the design of end-to-end solutions architecture for a major healthcare transformation from the ground up.
The Role
* Proven experience in EMR implementation
* Experience with major EMR platforms (Epic, Oracle/Cerner, or similar)
* Strong understanding of healthcare technology architecture and standards
* Deep expertise in HL7, FHIR, APIs, and healthcare integration standards
* Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) design
* Networking and infrastructure architecture knowledge
* End-to-end solution design capabilities
Design & Communication Capabilities
* Create detailed architecture diagrams (high-level to low-level)
* Develop technical design documentation
* Translate complex technical concepts to executives in simple language
* Strong executive presence and stakeholder management
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborative problem-solving within our team structure.
They will be a proactive communicator who's confident engaging with stakeholders across all levels—from technical teams to executives—and can articulate complex concepts in clear language.
We're looking for a motivated professional who can work independently and as part of a team. Experience working on large-scale projects is essential.
A strong background in healthcare technology and a willingness to continuously learn are also highly valued.
